Decrees are spoken petitions to God. When we decree, we are directing the flow of light from Spirit to matter. We are entering into an interactive relationship with God.

Simple Decree Matrix
This can be given every day to create a connection with God.
The matrix consists of the Tube of Light for connection with our Holy Christ Self and I AM Presence. Then we give a decree to Archangel Michael for protection. Our last decree is for the violet fire to transmute our misqualified energy.
